All cost figures, timelines, and material estimates generated by this platform are strictly indicative for early-stage planning purposes. They do not constitute binding contractor quotations or formal trade warranties.
2. Professional Structural & Engineering Disclaimer
The Good Kitchens platform and its AI Advisor do not provide certified architectural drawings, structural calculations, or Building Regulations sign-offs. Structural wall removals (RSJ installations), foundations, drainage connections, and gas/electrical installations must be verified on site by chartered professionals (e.g. RIBA architects, MIStructE engineers, Gas Safe, and NICEIC certified trades).
3. Supplier Introductions & Contracts
Good Kitchens may introduce homeowners to independent studios, bespoke joinery specialists, or design-and-build contractors. Any contractual agreement, specification sign-off, deposit payment, or guarantee is executed strictly and directly between the homeowner and the appointed contractor or supplier.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for verifying on-site dimensions, ceiling downstands, and existing service connections with a laser survey prior to signing cabinetry manufacturing drawings or ordering non-refundable bespoke stone slabs.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Good Kitchens accepts no liability for variances between early-stage indicative calculations and final contractor tender bids, nor for delays or workmanship disputes arising between users and appointed third-party contractors.
